In June, I saw a video that stuck with me—it showed how queer people often move through the world with caution, scanning for signs of safety. But the moment they spot a signal that someone is accepting, you can see the shift—an instant sense of relief. During PRIDE, I began creating a series of small pieces—simple, intentional symbols meant for homes, offices, storefronts, and classrooms. Subtle signals that say, you’re welcome here. You’re safe here. One of those minis now lives on a table in my office. And I know it matters. Clients see it, and without a word, it helps create a sense of ease and acceptance in the space we share.
